How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone/Android Settings → Subscriptions, find SpeakTranslate AI, and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. Or email us and we'll remove it for you within 30 days.

Translations seem inaccurate — what should I do?

Try selecting a different AI model in Settings → AI Models. If the issue persists, email us with details and we'll investigate.

The app isn't sending me a sign-in email

Check your spam folder. If it's still missing after a few minutes, email support and we'll verify your account manually.
