SpeakTranslate AI ("we", "us", "the app") is a real-time voice translation and meeting-summary app published by [Developer legal name — fill in before submission]. We never sell your personal data. We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors so the app can function:

We do not share data with data brokers or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can permanently delete your account, without contacting support, directly inside the app:
Settings → Profile → Delete Account
This immediately revokes your sign-in sessions and schedules your data for erasure as described in Section 3. You can also clear your on-device history at any time via Settings → Clear History — no account required.
If you'd rather email us, write to speaktranslateai@gmail.com and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy of your data; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We process your data on the legal bases of contract performance (to provide the translation service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, plan enforcement). We do not sell or "share" personal data as defined under the CCPA, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

SpeakTranslate AI is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law, e.g. the EEA). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
All network traffic between the app and our server is encrypted with TLS. Sign-in uses short-lived signed tokens — we never store passwords. Access to production systems is restricted to the developer.
Our server and processors may be located in different countries than you. By using the app you consent to your data being processed in those countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own, under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app on next launch.
